The Story

Château Saint Pierre dates back to the eleventh century. Recent rehabilitation work in the cellar have revealed vestiges of a church dedicated to Saint Pierre that had belonged to Foulques, Lord Of Les Arcs. Medium-deep crimson. Dark chocolate, espresso, black olive aromas with toasty notes. Velvety textured wine with plentiful blackcurrant, chocolate flavours, brambly textures and underlying toasty vanilla notes. Finishes al dente firm with some leafy notes. 70% cabernet sauvignon, 14% merlot, 9% cabernet franc, 7% petit verdot. 14 months in roughly 50% new French oak. 13.3% alc
