Written Notes

Colour is ruby red, and looking dark and deep. On the nose it is intense, youthful, ripe and fresh. The taste is jammy, fruity, toasty, firm, with medium tannin ., with drying tannins, and average in acidity, full-bodied and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has smoky, toasty, cassis, perfumed and leather flavours. The finish is long, flavorful and spicy. This wine is beauty and too oxidised for unbiased valuation. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least over 4h before tasting.
