Written Notes

Picked on 21st August, 13.65% alcohol, 4.00TA and 3.28pH. Pale lemon yellow, the nose is interestingly complex and less reductive, with more soft fruit, a lovely lemon and grapefruit zest to it. Otherwise, there is more classic white fruit, great energy and length. A really attractive, complex, balanced wine with great length. 94-96
