95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2014 The Maiden opens with a beautiful exotic spice and potpourri nose over a core of red and black currants, cedar chest, cloves and menthol plus a waft of fragrant earth. Written Notes

Incredible floral and walnut undertones with a bright berry and currant character. Very aromatic and refined. Full body, very fine tannins and a bright finish. Medium to full body, integrated tannins and a long, fresh finish. Very linear and focused. This is one for the cellar but so fine now. Drink or hold.

he 2014 The Maiden is a gorgeous, finely-knit wine long on class and pedigree. All of the signatures of the vintage come through in the wine's precise, nuanced personality. Freshly cut flowers, bright red stone fruit and mint give the wine its lifted, gracious personality. Drink this sublime, medium-bodied wine over the next 10-15 years.
