The magnum we opened now was outwardly in perfect condition. The host of the evening, Ralf Frenzel, had bought three cases of this close to divine champagne direct from Henri Krug some ten years earlier. The wine was youthful and its fill level first class. The bottles are then given numbered metal plates and sold in very small quantities.
