Wine Description
The Story
Clad in an intensely deep golden robe, this wine immediately expresses the aromas of Pinot Noir and the unique terroir of Mailly Champagne. A nose of fresh spice seasoned with a pinch of violet and the heady fragrance of loam and bracken combine tenderly the subtle, sweetish taste of yellow fruits, especially vine peaches. The very delicate silk touch in the mouth, pleases our palate in the same way as home-made chantilly cream.
