Produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this wine shimmers with a light salmon colouring. Redcurrants and cherries intermingle with other complex aromas such as brioche, the result of ageing on the lees. The palate of similar red fruit flavours and its bubbly texture make this wine highly refreshing. A touch of fresh lime and bright red currant gives it a fine balance on the finish.
