Emblematic cuvee of the Domaine Pouillon, it is the blending of all of our terroirs while respecting the proportions of our grape varieties.
Grape Varieties: 65% Pinot Noir – 15% Chardonnay – 20% Pinot Meunier
Winemaking: Enamelled steel tanks and barrels, aging of reserve wines in oak barrels and casks.
Terroir: Mareuil, Mutigny, Avenay, Epernay et Festigny.
Blend: 50% vintage 2017, 25% vintage 2016 and 25% perpetual reserve
