Beginning of the 19th century: The parish priest Martin Bianchetti produced Corsican wine on the property already registered as 'Capitoro' from the Latin 'capus taurus' (bull's head); he bequeathed the estate to his nephew, Louis.
1856: First bottling and marketing of the wine.
Late 19th: Construction of the current cellar from the polyculture farm (cattle, Maryland tobacco, vines). The work is supervised by Lucette Bianchetti while her ...
