I am a Champagne grower (Récoltant Manipulant) in Montgueux. The Champagnes that I offer are made from grapes harvested, pressed, and fermented on my farm. Our production is ECOSERT certified organic. The compost we use, if determined necessary after soil analysis, is provided in the form of bark from a nearby sawmill.
