The Story
This wine with a great personality has been produced entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon variety grapes grown on a limestone-rich terroir blessed with its own microclimate. After a thorough maceration, it undergoes 24 months of aging in new French oak barrels. The result is a wine complex and generous , and though the variety is not typical of the area, Pago Valdebellón has known how to respect the spirit and the age-old tradition of the Abbey.
