Hand crafted from 100% Pommard Clone Pinot Noir grown in our most prized vineyard blocks situated on the south-east side of our estate vineyard. We triple hand-sort the fruit, utilize native yeasts for fermentation and barrel age in a small percentage of New French Oak for a total of 10 months.
Nose: blackberry, nutmeg, leather
Palate: vibrant & rich with a silky finish
