The estate is composed of 110 hectares of clay-limestone soil in the heart of the Rioja Alta wine region. Some 75 hectares are occupied by vines that are over 40 years old, while the remaining 35 are currently being planted. The goal is to have 80 hectares in ongoing production in the coming years.
