The Story

Viña Pomal Centenario Crianza is characterized by a traditional winemaking: after de-stemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The total maceration is two weeks, looking for a structure of soft, pleasant wines with great fruit intensity. Twelve months in American oak barrels (15% new) give us the complexity and maturity necessary to complete the expression of this wine.
