The special processing of this excellent product, which starts out with the unfermented must, instead of from the wine as occurs in normal types of sparkling wine, allows for the perfect preservation of the characteristic aroma and the freshness of the original vine.
Colour: pale straw-yellow; aroma: delicately fruity; flavour: sweet, very balanced, refreshing. It should be drunk when young and served at a temperature of 6°-8° C.
