Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue and golden tinges. Initially slightly closed, the nose needs some time to open up. Ripe pear, quinces, lemon zest, roasted hazelnuts and a whiff of vanilla. On the palate well balanced with freshness and elegant, well structured, fine acidity, a whiff of oak and vanilla, juicy fruit quoting the nose and elegant citrus zests as well as bitter oranges in the aftertaste. Creamy texture balancing the slightly salty minerality.
