Bright yellow colour with green hue. Fine nose with aroma reminiscent of pear, quinces and starfruit, ripe hazelnuts, a whiff of elder blossoms and lemon zest. On the palate elegant with ripe fruit quoting the nose, elegant minerality, persistent character with very good length.
