A classically styled Barolo with beautifully balanced power and finesse, the 2020 from Massolino showcases pure Nebbiolo character and refined structure. Aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, and raspberry are layered with rose petal, licorice, earth, and sous-bois, with hints of tar and sweet spice. On the palate it is medium-to-full-bodied with refined, dusty tannins, bright acidity, and a savory mineral finish that lingers with poise. Elegant, expressive, and age-worthy.
