Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Aromatic nose with hints of reduction, flintstone and minerality, complemented by ripe yellow stone fruit and juicy pear, candied lemon peel and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate distinct minerality, fine acidity and ripe fruit quoting the nose, densely woven with balance and excellent length.
