Wine Information

The 2011 has an intense ruby color, typical varietal aromas and is well balanced. After one year in new and second pass french oak barrels it was hand bottled without filtering or fining and then spent two years in bottle before release.  Drinkable now or for several years, total production of 300 bottles.  Enjoy!
