Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with discreet golden hue. Very complex nose with a slightly closed start, needs time to open up. Elegant aroma reminiscent of brioche, dried pear, roasted hazelnuts, with hints of apricots, white lilies. On the palate well structured and balanced with very fine and persistent mousseux, incredible creamy texture, excellent depth and length.
