Bright yellow colour with slightly green-golden hue. Fine hints of cantuccini, complemented by ripe fruit, pear and ripe apricots, discreet spiciness, very elegant and discreet hints of liquorice, very refined spiciness, vanilla in the background. On the palate fabulous creamy texture, very fine yet persistent mousseux, complex spiciness and ripe fruit with pear and apricots again. Hints of toasted hazelnuts in the aftertaste. Excellent length.
