Bright yellow with green hue. Reductive start, yet opening up well, in the background ripe fruit, greengage and apple, pear and hints of starfruit. On the palate well balanced with ripe fruit and discreet minerality, a whiff of bitterness adding tension and depth, creamy texture and convincing length.
