The Story

Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat wines have been among the best in Burgundy for generations. The domaine was run by Alain Hudelot-Noëllat for over 30 years until 2007, when he turned 67. Since 2005, Alain has been assisted by Vincent Meunier, who continues to work with Charles.

Written Notes

A gorgeously spicy nose includes notes of plum, dark pinot fruit, violet, clove and plenty of exotic Asian-style tea. There is fine volume and richness to the attractively textured larger-scaled flavors that display excellent balance on the firm, moderately austere and built-to-age finale 91-94
