Saint-Maurice Brut´n tuottaa Champagnen alueen suurin viljelijöiden yhteenliittymä Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte (CV-CNF). Lähes 5000 viljelijää eli joka neljäs alueelta tekee yhteistyötä CV-CNF:n kanssa ja heidän viljelyksensä kattavat seitsemän prosenttia Champagnen alueesta.
