The Story
A generous, fruity aroma with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and oak. In the mouth this Amarone is full, fresh and spicy with a certain harshness. Hints of spices, plums, cherries, coffee and raisins. Best served decanted at 18-20°C to dishes of game, lamb beef and matured cheese.
