A fruit-forward, eco-certified release overwhelmingly dominated by organically farmed black grapes (around 90% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier backed by Chardonnay), this cuvée offers a juicy, pure, and delightfully spontaneous expression of the Montagne de Reims.
The nose is bright, fresh, and engaging, opening with crisp red apples, wild forest berries, and sweet Burlat cherries, accompanied by subtle nuances of fresh pastry, ground almonds, and a tangy citrus zest. On the palate, it enters with a supple, fleshy texture and a fine, persistent mousse. The core of ripe red fruits and plum tart expands pleasantly across the mid-palate, kept vibrant and balanced by a clean, mouthwatering vein of fruit-driven acidity. It closes with a crisp, refreshing, and subtly chalky finish that leaves a lingering trail of cranberry skin and citrus peel.
