The olfactory qualities of this wine are very subtle. A certain maturity with its aroma of roasting, it is nonetheless crisp and elegant with just a hint of mentholated candied citrus fruit.
On the palate (« En bouche ») :
Delicate and crisp, this homogenous wine should accompany delicate and refined dishes and be served on special occasions.
Tasting :
As an aperitif served particularly in the winter, it should be served naturally and chilled.
With a meal, why not try it with fried crusted scallops accompanied by a carrot and leek julienne blanched in champagne.
