Vineyards

Thanks to their particular estate, they are offered a wide range of aromatic Chardonnay hints. Indeed, it is spread on 47 plots. The Champagne Philippe Glavier benefits thus of varied rich sunexposures and soil so is rich of varied flavours on more than four hectares. Every single small plots will be picked at optimal maturity during the harvesting times.

Winemaking

Harvesting takes approximately 9 days. Our Press: BUCHER 2000kg which is perfectly adapted to the split up of our 47 plots.

We vinify terroir by terroir so as to bring out the typicity of each village in relation to its terroir. The malolactic fermentation is practiced on all the vintages, matured on the lees.

Vat House: There is a mix of enamelled steel and stainless steel vats, equipped with a system of thermoregulation.
