Written Notes

Although the vintage was hot and "tropical", the wine has a very straight and clear character. Intense golden colour but still a slightly green hue. Opulent nose with ripe apricots, papaya, candied lemon peel, elegant minerality, hints of smoke and almost ethereal notes. On the palate fine acidity, well balanced with opulent character and good length, rich but still with a lot of freshness and distinct minerality.
