Written Notes

Rabaud Promis: This was one of the highlights of my Bordeaux trip. Since the 2018 vintage, the property has begun using a bottle resembling a honeycomb structure (bee cells). It’s been original and eye-catching! A rarity, a wine called Omega, was served by the owner and winemaker, Thomas Dejean, who is also a passionate beekeeper. Omega is vinified in an amphora with beeswax inside. It's a special taste, with a distinct honeyed scent on both the nose and palate.

2025: Acacia honey, candied apricots, and peaches. Elegant, with finesse, refined, and rich on the palate. Vibrant and with splendid acidity. It finishes with a sweet pineapple-flavored aftertaste. This is a lovely, seductive effort. 95p.
