Written Notes

Medium intense, yellow colour. Pronounced perfumey nose with honeyed and spicy aromas. Off-dry, intense, broad, and oily palate with spicy, perfumey, mango flavours. Tropical, smoky and spicy finish. Super-balanced Gewurztraminer wine with vivid acidity that balances the sweetness of the wine. Perfect with foie gras dishes, spicy Asian food and salty spicy cheeses.
