History
At the heart of the Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr is a unique terroir surrounded by a hundred year-old stone wall and producing an exceptional Gewurztraminer: Clos Gaensbroennel.
Its name (“the goose fountain”) comes from the charming fountain topped by a stone goose at the foot of the Clos. The pure water of this fountain comes from a spring beneath the vineyard.
