Aveleda has two winemaking centers: one in Quinta da Aguieira, in Valongo do Vouga, and another in Quinta da Aveleda, in Penafiel. Aveleda has a centralized control system where the data can be viewed in real time, which is used to monitor the fermentation process according to pre-established parameters defined by the oenology department.
