Jimenez-Landi totals twenty hectares of organically farmed vineyards in Méntrida and El Real de San Vicente. In Méntrida they have fifteen hectares of Garnacha and Syrah. From these younger vineyards they make Bajondillo and Sotorrodero. In the mountains of Real de San Vincente they have 5 hectares of old vines from which they make Piélago and Ataulfos.

The creations of Jimenez-Landi are very natural. Wines are fermented with all indigenous yeats, no chemicals are used in the vineyards and only a minimal amount of sulphur is added at bottling. The wines are honest and made with a strategy of low intervention.
