Husband and wife team Stewart and Athena Boedecker created Boedecker Cellars in 2003, and have crafted wines focused on quality, finesse and locality ever since.

Over the last 10 years we have developed a short list of vineyards we consider to be among the best in the Willamette Valley. Some are mature sites as Shea Vineyards and Stoller Vineyards and some we developed together, such as Cherry Grove Vineyard and Carlton Hill Vineyard. Each vineyard is sustainably farmed and chosen for the variety of elevation, soils and climate-terroir, all residing within the Willamette Valley AVA.

Guided by both tradition and science, we use minimal intervention techniques in our winery. Every stage of the process is done by hand, including harvesting, sorting, punching down and racking.
