Our Brewer-Clifton vineyard team exclusively farms and manages five “monopole” vineyards, from which we receive 100% of the fruit. All vineyards are located within 8 miles of the winery and all grapes are harvested in the cool, early morning, arriving to the winery by 8:00 am. The wax seal

To penetrate the wax bottle seal, simply imagine that the wax is not there and drive right through it with a waiter’s style corkscrew. The seal should cleanly sever as it would if you attempt to cut through it with a knife. Warming the wax in the palm of your hand for a moment prior to opening is also helpful.
