History
The first recognitions date back to 1933, when Luigi Sgarzi was the owner of a small winery which delivered wines to the famous inns of Bologna, in oak barrels on horses carriages. To give continuity, at first, his son, Vincenzo and then his nephew Stefano, who started after his studies in the late 70's to gradually enlarge the production capacity of the winery.
