History

The small estate of Jérôme Prévost is located in the village of Gueux, west of Reims. Prévost received a two-hectare Les Béguines nursery as a legacy from his grandmother, who did not cultivate the orchard himself but was entrusted to other farmers. Encouraged by his good friend, Anselme Selosse, he produced his first wine of his own in 1998. At that time, Prévost did not have its own cellar, so until 2002, Prévost's Champagnes were produced in the cellars of Selosse in the village of Avize. Since 2003, the entire production process has been managed at the Jérôme Prévost farm in the village of Gueux.
