History

A parcel of the Grand Cru Classé, Château Cantenac Brown, is located on the Bordeaux Appellation. It spreads over 5 ha and is planted in Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for 50% each.

The wine created on these lands located at the entrance of the village of Cantenac had first been named “Château Lamartine” and became “Château Brown Lamartine” in 1993.
