History

Alain Raynaud is highly esteemed winemaker and consultant from Bordeaux Right Bank. He purchased Château du Parc estate in 2001 and has doubled its size already from 2.5 hectares to 5 hectare-estate.

Winemaking

The wine is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabert Franc. 20% of the wine ferments in new oak barrels. The rest of the wine vinifies in  in 40-hectolitre-cement tanks. After fermentation the wine is aged in 500-litre barrelsfrom which half are new and half one year old.
