Château Edmus lies in the commune of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, one of eight communes making up the Saint Emilion Jurisdiction. The Jurisdiction has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, the first vineyard area in the world to make the UNESCO list.

Château Edmus’s mission is to make a fine, ultra-elegant, velvety-smooth wine. But although producing a great Saint Emilion is one thing, releasing it at its best is something else entirely. So every year, the Château releases a new vintage - not the latest one, but one that’s ready to enjoy straight away. New wines are bottled, carefully stored in the Edmus cellars for 5 years and released for sale just as they reach perfection.
