Winemaking

Winemaking is lead by the legendary Jean-Bernard Delmas, the former Chateau Haut-Brion winemaker of more than 40 years famously coaxed out of retirement to oversee winemaking at Chateau Montrose by the Bouygues brothers.  Delmas has retired following the 2011 vintage, to be replaced by ex-Mouton Rothschild man Herve Berland.
