The grapes that give origin to Cruzat's sparkling wines are hand-harvested in our vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the high Uco Valley region, in the province of Mendoza. These geographical regions are located in dry areas characterized by low rainfall, mild temperatures in the valleys, harsh winters, pleasant springs, and summers with warm days and cool nights.

The tank room stands out for its modern and functional architecture, where spaces have been designed to be ample enough to facilitate the winemaking process. Cruzat is still in its first developmental stage. It has a winemaking capacity of 150,000 liters per year and a medium-term goal to make 300,000 liters per year.
