Domaine de Saint Paul

The winery was created in 1934 and purchased by our grandfather, Charles Establet, in 1958. Our parents, Christiane and Pierre Elie Jeune, developed the winery and passed on their passion of the vines and wine. And that is how today Béatrice, Isabelle and Christophe, inspired by family traditions, have taken over the estate.

The estate is situated in the south of the “Appellation” and covers 14.5 hectares (36 acres) of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The sun, Mistral wind and a soil composed by rounded pebbles (typic of the “Appellation”) contribute to create delicate and rich wines in harmony.
The vineyard consists of several distinct parcels: Pied Redon, La Combe, Palestor, Les Relagnes, Le Boucou and Les Coulets, including 4 hectares (10 acres) around the property. The gr...
