Having grown up in Alsace, Vincent Dancer only went to Burgundy after having studied engineering, upon the suggestion of his father. The family owned some vines there, that were being rented out to cousins at the time. Vincent found his passion and decided to settle in Chassagne-Montrachet and make wine from five hectares of vineyards.
