Taillet family has 6 hectares of vineyards in Marne Valley spread on 37 parcels. The average age of vines is 37 years and the oldest plantings date back to 1949. 80% of the vineyards are under Pinot Meunier vines, which Eric Taillet embraces: "It is the most beautiful grape in Champagne. It is fruity, supple and delicate, but you have to wait for phenolic ripeness to harvest it.”
