Three families give the vineyards all their care and attention, making our wines a reality full of closeness, warmth and humanity, distancing them from the detached coldness of impersonal wines produced using mechanised methods.

Our vineyards are located at a height above sea level of 1100 metres, where the climate is extreme and the soil is very stony, transforming all of our stocks, our raw material, into a little work of art, becoming, at that moment, the philosopher’s stone for the charisma and quality of our wines.

Pago Guijoso, Our Denomination of Origin.

The Pago designation of origin (D.O. Pago) is the most exclusive and difficult to obtain of all the designations: only a tiny number of wineries possess it. To receive it, the wineries must have some very special characteristics in terms of quality, properties of the land, etc.

All the D.O. Pagos, like the French Domaines, are regulated in Brussels, with each of them undergoing very strict quality audits.

D.O Pago Guijoso is a guarantee of the finest quality.
