Almost 3/4 of the production,5 of the 8 hectares, is sold to Laurent-Perrier, the domaine keeps only the best parcels to make their champagne – most of which are grand cru vineyards from the deep chalk of Cramant and Chouilly, as well as a vineyard in the Marne near Epernay where they have Pinot Meunier.
