Our small size allows more management always, a family: his wife Daniela and his brother Elio chose soon to support Mauro, one of the reception of visitors and the office, and the second with his experience in vineyard management.
The company currently consists of about 12 hectares, between La Morra and Monforte d'Alba, and the average annual production is about 60,000 bottles, of which nearly half of Barolo DOCG. The choice of "quality" at all stages of production.
The smaller amount of grapes per vine means less stress and more natural rhythms for the plants, which in addition to encouraging the optimum ripeness of the grapes, are healthier and resistant to pests.
The treatments are reduced to minimal, almost exclusively using the conventional sulfur and verdigris, or copper sulfate, also used in organic farming as coughs nor have proved not to man, nor for the environment.
